RACE REPORT

Off to time, Invermore settled down at the head of affairs, leading Golden Maid, Daisy Bud and Lucy Dashwood. At the half mile marker the favourite Grizzel Grim moved menacingly into second, with Golden Maid poised just behind. Inside the distance Grizzel Grim headed Invermore but swerved in doing so, presenting Golden Maid with the opportunity to break through and win cleverly by a length. There was 4 lengths back to Invermore in third.
